How to get a refund
Ask within 30 days of the payment and you get a full refund, no questions asked. Either reply to the receipt email from Paddle, request it at paddle.net, or email sinimch+biz@gmail.com with the email address you paid with.
Who processes it
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record and issues refunds to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Nothing to cancel
Payments are not subscriptions, so there is nothing that renews or needs cancelling.
